OPTIMIZATION OF URBAN TRAFFIC THROUGH THE CONNECTION OF TRAFFIC LIGHTS WITH "WAZE" MAPS

          A pressing issue of contemporary urban traffic is the OPTIMIZATION OF TRAFFIC LIGHTS, which is currently disastrous in Bucharest and major cities, especially during peak hours, due to the useless dead times, minutes on end, as the chaotically controlled traffic lights, programmed by servers in a way that no one knows, display the color RED in all directions (Please at least observe Piața Romană!...), and the completely unsynchronized flows on major arteries.  In this regard, the simplest and most accessible solution is for the Municipality to purchase a license for the "WAZE" MAPS, maps that can collect real-time information from the GPS devices of traffic participants, whether by car or on foot, and can truly command traffic lights appropriately and economically (Time is money!...), during this period when time is becoming an increasingly limited and expensive resource.  I have conveyed this POSSIBLE SOLUTION, SO EASY TO IMPLEMENT, to the general mayor of the Capital, Nicușor Dan, but probably neither he nor his technical advisors understood "what it's all about"!!!...I, FOR ONE, MAINTAIN MY FAITH AND OPTIMISM THAT THERE IS A BRIGHT MIND IN THE TECHNICAL STAFF OF THE CAPITAL'S CITY HALL, WHO WILL UNDERSTAND AND APPLY SUCH A SIMPLE AND ABSOLUTELY FEASIBLE SOLUTION WITH MINIMAL COSTS AND ENORMOUS BENEFITS FOR ALL BUCHAREST RESIDENTS!!!...
